Return & Exchange
Toyland gladly offers exchanges and returns for products purchased from any of our stores
Under the following conditions:
- Items must be accompanied by the original purchase invoice.
- Products must be unused and in their original condition when purchased.
- Products must be in their original unopened packaging.
Products can be returned within (3) days from the date of purchase.
Products can be exchanged within (10) days from the date of purchase.
- Any refund provided for a returned product will be made through the same payment method in which the product was originally purchased.
Costumes and beach and pool products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Items purchased with Farhaty points cannot be refunded at any time.

What are the payment options available on Toyland?
For your convenience, we try to offer the best payment options. All our methods of payment are certified by independent safety organizations, we currently offer the following methods of payment:
Credit Cards: The online payment method is via a secure credit card transaction. Rest assured, your card number will be protected using industry-leading encryption standards. We guarantee a safe shopping experience on our website. We currently accept (Visa card / Master card / Mada) for all the gulf Countries and (Visa card / Master card) Orders completed with credit cards will not be charged any additional fees
Cash on Delivery: For customers without access to a credit card, we accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as an alternative payment method, cash payment orders will be charged additional charge 30 SAR per order only for the Saudi Arabia customers no matter the number of items your order contains.
