GENERAL
TOYLAND customer rewards program, “FARHATY” herein referred to as the ‘program’.
As a member, you will earn points when making purchases at Toyland outlets, website, franchises or partner outlets, with your registered mobile number (RMN)** at the time of purchase.

By becoming a member of “FARHATY”, you are accepting the program’s rules, terms & conditions and regulations which are subject to amendment from time to time without prior notice.

Toyland reserves the right to modify, cancel or withdraw any of the terms or conditions with or without cause and without notice. It also reserves the right to discontinue program membership, temporarily or permanently for a period of time.

Rewards and offers earned through the program may change or be withdrawn without prior notice.

By becoming a member you are relieving Toyland of all and any liability and responsibility of loss or issues that may arise.

Toyland reserves the right to modify the Program structure, including the number of points earned, value of points, validity and otherwise.

Toyland reserves the right to withdraw or cancel any or all memberships and/or points rewarded; refuse to award points; withdraw points; refuse the right to redeem points collected for any reasons including but not limited to member breach of these terms and conditions.

Toyland will not be liable for any unlawful activities or misuse of the Program memberships or account by members.

As a member of the Program, you are consenting to Toyland, collecting and retaining your information and the use of this information for purposes such as; updates, marketing activities, data analysis and market research.

Toyland reserves the right to contact members for membership information and account statements even if you have opted out of receiving communications.

Membership and/or awarded points of the program can be revoked or cancelled on breach of terms and conditions or involvement in any act of fraud, cheating with or without cause and without prior notice.

Toyland reserves the right to include or exclude at their discretion specific products or services as part of the Rewards program.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the country issuing the membership and any dispute may be referred to the courts of the respective country.

The terms and conditions as published on the “FARHATY” website https://www.toyland.world/ at the time shall be final and binding and supersede the terms and conditions herein and other information as provided in relation to the program.
HOW TO EARN FARHATY POINTS

Points and benefits may only be credited or availed to holders of Farhaty Accounts. To create and account visit any Toyland retail shop, website https://www.toyland.world/, or contact Customer Service.

Points will be credited to your account only at the time of Confirmation of Payment and/or Delivery of Order.

Points will be credited to your account only for purchases of Reward Products, which are only those included in the Loyalty program. Points will not be awarded for products purchased that are not included in the loyalty program.

All points earned under the program have a validity of no more than 12 months from the date of receiving the credits. Points that have not been redeemed within the validity period are expired and can no longer be redeemed. You can access your points history by sending a request to a Toyland customer service agent through our whatssap Chabot (+966 555 011281).

Points collected from purchases/invoices that have been redeemed automatically nullify the validity of the return period of the invoice. Therefore, if a purchase has been made, and the points from that purchase have been used, that purchase will not be accepted for return or refunded. In this event, Toyland may, at its discretion issue a credit note for the value of the returned item.

Items purchased with Farhaty points cannot be refunded at any time. No cash in lieu thereof, or points used will be refunded to the customer

Items purchased with Farhaty points maybe exchanged for another item according to Toylands Return & Exchange Policy, for another item of equal or more value (a charge will apply for the increased difference in value). No refund will be provided for items exchanged with lower value.

Toyland may, at its discretion issue a credit note in exchange for the value of points earned by a Farhaty member.

Farhaty points are not exchangeable for cash or cash value. They may only be used in redemption under the rules and regulations applied herein.

Any Farhaty/credits/points/benefits/bonus points or other awards and promotions issued for an item that has been returned will be reversed and returned along with and upon the return or refund of the item.

Your points balance cannot be pooled with the points’ balance of any other member at any point of time.

Points earning is as per the rules outlined on the “Rewards” section of the website. Toyland reserves the right to change all or some of the rules without prior notification. However, Toyland will endeavor to advise you of any changes in the earning rates in advance.

“FARHATY” Program points cannot be earned in conjunction with any other programs, discounts, promotions and/or co-marketing partnerships.
REDEEMING

Points cannot be redeemed upon your first purchase as a Farhaty Member.

Points can only be redeemed when a member accounts balance has reached the threshold of SAR 12.5 or higher in value of points.

Points earned are redeemed at 5% of the earned value. For example, 250 earned points are redeemed at a value of 12.5 SAR.

Points in “FARHATY” are non-refundable and non-transferable.

“FARHATY” points cannot be exchanged for cash, and no amount can be returned in cash for purchases made through “FARHATY” points.

Points once redeemed against a purchase cannot be re-credited under any circumstances.

If the value of the purchase is more than the value of the points that are to be redeemed, the balance amount must be paid using a valid payment method.

Is there a membership fee or any charge to being a member? No, being a FARHATY Toyland Member is FREE!

How do I become a member? Shop at TOYLAND stores and request membership by providing a valid mobile number. There are no other criteria for becoming a Member.

I have joined “FARHATY”, how do I earn points? You can earn points on every purchase you make at Toyland Stores. Just visit us and shop!
You earn 1 point for every SAR you spend on Gross Invoice Excluding VAT for products included in the Loyalty program. -
How long are my points Valid for? Points are generally valid for a period of 12 months before expiry, however points issued for specific promotions and/or events may have shorter validity periods, please ensure you check your account to take full benefit of your valid points. To ensure you don’t forget about your points, Toyland makes best efforts to send you email reminders (don’t forget to give us your email address if you wish to enjoy this benefit).

How do I redeem my points? Upon making a purchase, inform your cashier that you wish to redeem your points. You may only redeem a value of points equal or less than what you retain in your account balance and no less than 12.50 SAR worth of points.

Where can I check my points balance and purchase history? You can check your points balance and purchase history by visiting any of our stores or contacting our Toyland customer service agent through our WhatsApp Chabot (+966 555 011281).

Can I convert my points into cash? Unfortunately, not, Points are promotional awards and not cash equivalent.

What is a redemption threshold amount? A redemption threshold is the minimum amount of points you must use to redeem the benefits of the program. Redemption threshold is 250 points; therefore, you may not redeem points less than increments of 250 points.

What other benefits does Farhaty Rewards offer? Being a Farhaty member offers a wide range of benefits, including, loyalty program points, redemption of points for discount values, free gifts from time to time, notifications of new items, and more benefits to come!
